About the Event
This week we will explore how practicing gratitude in our day to day lives can lead to greater happiness.
During the Sunday's CWYS group, we will have some helpful videos, group sharing, and mindfulness exercises. Learning these mindfulness exercises will help you be more present in your life on a daily basis.
